Adoptable designs are for sale. You can buy them by sending payment via paypal. Once you've bought the design you can freely use the character as the way you like, but not re-sell. You can customize is, name it, use it in your own stories and projects, it's completely yours. Only the original conpect art still has my copyrights, so you can't use this specific art work for money making.
